Two blocks from North Texas Boulevard, The Crossing is one of our oldest communities, built in the 1970s and kept current with modern upgrades. All twenty homes are one bedroom, one bath, in two floor plans: 500 square feet, or 570 square feet if you want the extra room. It stays quiet, which is why older students, single residents, and smaller families keep choosing it, and the commute to campus and the rest of Denton is about as short as it gets. Laundry is on site and pets are welcome. Tenants pay electric.
