Dominion is our closest community to the UNT campus, which is the whole point for most of the people who live here. Thirty six homes across two floor plans: a 600 square foot one bedroom, or an 850 square foot two-bedroom, one-bath home with room for a roommate. A washer and dryer is included in every one of them, so laundry is not a chore you have to leave the house for. Three parks sit within a short drive when you want to be outside, and campus is close enough that the commute stops being a factor. Pet friendly, and tenants pay electric.
